Information and purposes

We process account identifiers, email and profile information from your chosen sign-in method to provide account access. We process creator profiles, uploaded assets, drafts, campaigns and media-kit content that you choose to save so you can use the corresponding features. Service providers process technical information such as network addresses, request details and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the service.

Connected social accounts

When you authorize a supported social account, we receive the information covered by your granted permissions to identify the account and provide the reporting or publishing features you request. The TikTok connection requests basic identity, public profile details, account statistics and public videos. Access depends on TikTok approval and the permissions you grant; sandbox access is restricted to authorized test users. This connection does not support TikTok publishing. Authorization credentials are stored on the server, and the TikTok access and refresh tokens are encrypted. A connection does not authorize unrelated publication.

Public content

Publishing a Live Kit makes the creator-selected content available to visitors through its public link. Visitors can copy or share it. Unpublishing stops access through the service but cannot remove copies independently made by other people.

Providers and international processing

We use Supabase for authentication, databases and cloud storage; Vercel for hosting; Cloudflare for domain services; and Google Analytics for optional usage measurement. Google or connected social platforms also process information when you choose their sign-in or integration features. Data may be processed outside Indonesia by these providers. Their own policies govern their independent services. We share data as necessary to provide requested features, handle support, maintain security or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Browser storage and analytics choices

Browser storage supports sessions, locally saved work, preferences and your consent choice. Google Analytics is loaded when you allow optional analytics through the consent banner. You can change to essential storage using the control below. The change disables analytics storage for future measurement; it does not delete information already received by Google. You can also clear browser data in your browser settings, which may remove locally saved work and sign you out.

Retention, deletion and your rights

Saved account and workspace data is retained while needed to provide your account and requested features. Optional TikTok reports are fetched on demand and held temporarily in the browser; the connection record and authorization credentials remain until disconnect or account deletion. Disconnecting TikTok removes its stored connection and credentials after revocation succeeds or TikTok reports that authorization is already invalid. You may revoke access in TikTok settings as well. To request access, correction, a copy, account deletion, or withdrawal of consent, email the contact above. We verify ownership before acting and respond according to applicable law. Some information may be retained where needed for legal requirements or security, and provider backups or previously shared copies may persist under the providers’ retention processes. Do not assume that deleting browser storage deletes cloud data.

Security, eligibility and changes

We use access controls and secure transport to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Artefico is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Contact us if you believe a minor has supplied personal information. We update this policy when practices change and display its effective date; material changes are communicated through the service or account contact as appropriate.
