Terms of Service

Artefico is operated by Dimaz Akhmad Zaki, an individual based in Indonesia. Artefico is a product name, not a separately incorporated company. In these documents, “we” and “us” refer to this individual operator.

Agreement and eligibility
These terms apply to use of Artefico and form an agreement with its individual operator identified above. Use the service only if you are at least 18 and can enter this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, secure access and authority to manage the accounts and content you use.
Service and platform availability
Artefico provides creative tools, content organization, supported social-account features and creator-selected public media kits. Feature availability depends on implementation, plan, provider permissions and approval. Previews and sample reports are illustrative. A connected account does not guarantee publishing or every metric. TikTok access may be limited to sandbox target users until approval; TikTok publishing is not currently provided.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us and our service providers permission to store, process and display it to deliver the features you request, including displaying content you choose to publish publicly. You must hold the necessary rights, obtain required consent and review destinations, content and visibility before authorizing publication. A social connection alone does not authorize unrelated posts.
Acceptable use
Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, upload unlawful content, impersonate others, access accounts without authorization, distribute malware, evade platform rules or interfere with service security. Report rights concerns or misuse to the support contact above with enough detail to investigate.
Plans and charges
Displayed plan descriptions do not by themselves create a payment authorization. Any paid purchase requires the price and applicable billing, cancellation and refund terms to be shown separately before you agree. These terms do not authorize automatic charges or establish a recurring subscription. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
Availability, restrictions and leaving
We may maintain or change features and restrict access to address misuse, security or legal requirements. We will provide notice of material service changes where practicable, except where an urgent security or legal matter prevents it. You may stop using the service, disconnect supported platforms, unpublish public content, and request account deletion through the contact above. Retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
Service limitations and rights
Provider outages, rate limits, revoked permissions and expired authorization can prevent reporting or delivery. Review delivery status and keep your own copies of important content. The service is provided with the limitations of its current supported features. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or responsibility for conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy, disputes and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains data processing. Contact us first to resolve a concern. Indonesian law applies to the extent permitted by applicable law; this does not remove mandatory protections or lawful remedies available to you in your jurisdiction. Changes show an updated effective date, and material changes are communicated through the service or account contact as appropriate.
